1. Where can I see your facility?
You are always welcomed to our facility. We’re in the South Bay area in Gardena, California. Go to the Contact Us section on this website for more information. Location: 16140 S. Western Ave. Gardena, CA 90247 Hours: 8:00a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday - Friday

2. What kind of experience does Rainbow Video Productions have?
Jon Sekiguchi, owner/operator started Rainbow Video Productions 23 years ago videotaping Business / Corporate Videos, Weddings and Event Videos in the South Bay area. What we found out was that we had a talent for creating effective video productions and people loved them! With over 500 video productions produced for satisfied companies and organizations thoughtout the world we have now grown into one of the top video production companies for corporations and businesses worldwide.

Absolutely! We believe in getting as much information and suggestions as possible from our clients. We want your video production showcase your ideas and your thoughts. 5. Can I have DVDs or CD-rom’s made of my production?
Rainbow Video Productions is always on top of the latest developments and technology in the video industry. Yes, we can have dvd’s or cd’roms made in our duplicaton facility. From 1 to 1000 dvds can be made quickly and pre-tested for quality control. Your dvd can be as simple as pressing the play button or it can be designed to have custom button links or chapters to go directly to preselected sections on the dvd instantly! Also, you can have custom designed labels and jewel cases made for your dvd in our design department.

6. What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit at the signing of the contract agreement. The balance will be due at the completion of the video production. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, check or cash.

7. How long will it take to see our video?
We strive in completing our clients video productions as fast as possible. In most cases we can videotape, edit and have copies ready within two to three weeks from the videotaping of your production. DVD authoring is another project that could take three to four weeks.
